1 - To calculate how many words your article has, use the MS Word tool "Count Words". Consider all existing text with the exception of references. Also include captions, figure legends, titles, and words in tables and figures, in this count. If you have references mentioned in your text, consider using numbers instead of authors' names as the former will render a lower count of words and thus a lower cost for you.
2 - To calculate how many images your article has, consider all graphs, tables and figures. If there is a single board containing several images but these all share the same legend, these images must be considered as a single image.
3 - The turnaround choosen will define the deadline for us to send you the first round of editing, not the full completion of the service (three rounds of editing). If the deadline falls on a weekend, it is possible that there will be a delay of one or two days in sending your article. We do everything we can to send your article on time, even on weekends or holidays, but know that it may be a slight delay.
